Twist Lock Structure for Secure Closure

The Horizontal Flex Frame Wafer Shipper – Twist Lock Type is designed for the safe transportation and storage of wafers mounted on flex frames, film frames, or dicing frames after wafer mounting and cutting processes. The shipper securely positions the frame ring assembly through dedicated locating features, minimizing movement during handling and transportation while maintaining the stability of diced wafer assemblies attached to adhesive film. The twist lock mechanism enables secure lid locking and convenient opening through rotational operation, ensuring reliable closure throughout the logistics process. Manufactured from carbon-filled conductive polypropylene (PP), the shipper provides ESD protection and helps reduce risks from electrostatic discharge, particles, and mechanical impact. Its stackable and reusable design supports efficient semiconductor manufacturing logistics.
