The vertical wafer shipper is a precision-engineered semiconductor wafer packaging solution, featuring a three-part design—bottom, cassette, and top cover—for maximum wafer safety. Holding up to 25 full-thickness wafers, its compact layout minimizes internal movement, ensuring wafers remain stable in their slots during transit, thereby reducing the chance of edge chipping or surface damage. Support springs or alignment keys in the upper cover secure each wafer, eliminating tilt, vibration, and contact between wafers. Built to industry-standard cassette dimensions, this wafer cassette container integrates seamlessly with load ports, robotic handlers, and cleanroom storage racks. Made from anti-static polypropylene, which can resist ionic contamination, outgassing, and static discharge.
