Designed to balance secure wafer protection with budget efficiency, these plastic rings are compatible with both vacuum-formed and injection-molded single wafer shippers, ensuring wafers are shielded from electrostatic discharge (ESD) and physical impact during handling and shipping.
These frames are compatible with 100 mm to 300 mm wafer sizes.. Despite their lightweight build, they provide reliable mechanical strength to withstand the challenges of shipping, maintaining stability from the cleanroom to final delivery.
