Support springs or alignment inside the Upper cover keys hold each wafer securely, preventing tilt, vibration, and contact between adjacent wafers, effectively avoiding wafer rotation, preventing wafer breakage. Dimensions conform to industry-standard cassette footprints, enabling easy integration with automated handling systems, transfer robots, and storage racks.
